Our original design called for ducted fans, but after some research we decided they will not provide enough lift. Instead, we will be using 10" propellers that will be able to provide ~2lbs of thrust per motor. Here is our prototype that is designed to utilize the new propellers.
Looks pretty solid did you check the airflow over the left node? it might be a little slow...
